Understanding Our Commercial Return Process

All order discrepancies or transit damages must be reported within a strict 72-hour window of receipt. This allows for timely inspection and proper documentation required for insurance claims and internal review. Failure to report within this period may impact eligibility for credit or replacement. Clear photographic evidence of damage and original packaging are essential for all claims.

Commercial credit for returns requires a structured Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocol. Unopened master cartons are subject to fair restocking guidelines, with specific fees applied based on product category and condition. All returns are subject to final inspection by Fortuna Wholesale personnel before credit issuance.
